
Regional Sales Director

Ecoflow is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our energy storage products in designated regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building strong relationships with channel partners, and analyzing market trends to inform our marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual/monthly sales plans to achieve company objectives for energy storage product market expansion and sales targets.
- Identify and maintain channel partners, including agents, distributors, and terminal network development and management.
- Conduct regular market research to gather industry trends, customer needs, and competitor insights, providing data-driven support for marketing strategies.
Market Feedback:
- Analyze market feedback and propose targeted solutions (e.g., promotions, pricing policies) to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Monitor strategy implementation and provide timely updates on outcomes.
Regional Maintenance:
- Maintain relationships with key clients in the region, handle business negotiations and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Address cross-regional sales (channel conflicts), counterfeit products, and coordinate after-sales services to uphold market order.
Sales Team Management:
- Recruit sales teams (e.g., field sales representatives, promoters, and rehired promoters) based on business needs.
- Track team attendance and sales performance to ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Provide training to both internal teams and clients to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in the energy storage industry or relevant fields such as consumer electronics, 3C products, or photovoltaics.
- Existing client and channel resources.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to clearly identify coverage scope across regional markets, clients, and channels.
- Proven track record in maintaining established client relationships.
