At Whoosh NG, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the company's staffing needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify business requirements and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, teamwork, and productivity.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives to boost morale and loyalty.
  • Establish performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional growth.
  • Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans and recognize high-performing employees.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and design training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver effective training sessions.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and regulations.
  • E nsure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement health and safety programs and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and attendance records.
