Hiring a Talented Recruitment Specialist

The RoleThis full-time position offers the chance to execute full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to placement. You will be responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines across different industries, coordinating with clients and internal teams throughout the recruitment process, and providing excellent candidate experience.
- Source and screen candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate database records
- Support client meetings and presentations when needed
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting, are also essential.

Experience with multiple industries (healthcare, technology, oil & gas), knowledge of the Nigerian job market and industry trends, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools are highly valued.
