The role of an Administrative Assistant at our organization in Nigeria is multifaceted and requires a unique blend of administrative, organizational, and communication skills. The successful candidate will provide vital support to the Project Manager in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Project Manager with tasks such as preparing project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Project Monitoring: Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to guarantee successful project outcomes.

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
  • NYSC Youth Corper
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
