We are a dynamic organization seeking a talented Junior Business Development Officer to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving growth by developing and maintaining client relationships, increasing sales, and identifying new business opportunities.

Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • They will utilize social media platforms to provide company awareness and engagement.
  • The individual will increase sales through targeted business development strategies and effective account management.
  • They will prepare tailored quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring competitiveness and clarity.
  • The Junior Business Development Officer will conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within target markets.
  • They will execute sales objectives, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • The candidate will identify, research, and approach potential clients to expand the client base.
  • They will provide regular feedback and insights to management regarding market opportunities and client needs in daily and weekly reports.
  • The Junior Business Development Officer will arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions.
  • They will create persuasive sales pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • The candidate will generate leads through various channels and execute prospecting initiatives to grow the client portfolio.
  • They will plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to support business development efforts and enhance brand visibility.
  • The Junior Business Development Officer will meet set and agreed KPIs monthly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analyze data effectively.
  • Experience in lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster a positive working environment.
  • Some experience in sales, business development, and operations is a plus but not required.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a business development environment.
