
Sales and Business Development Manager

As a Sales & Customer Service Officer at BLAKSKILL LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to meet client needs, deliver excellent customer service, and identify opportunities to expand client accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and develop plans to achieve these goals.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives while maintaining accurate sales records.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports and itineraries.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in account management, sales, or a related customer-focused role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
This role requires an individual who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
