Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and team leadership (8+ years).
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria's market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within Nigeria, Africa, and internationally.
