Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing daily banking operations. If you have a proven track record in business development, banking operations, and sales, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.
  2. Drive expansion of agent banking and digital financial solutions.
  3. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses, fintech firms, and local communities.
  4. Oversee merchant acquiring, SME banking, and financial product sales.
  5. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring optimal team performance.
  6. Improve processes for loan disbursement, account opening, and customer service delivery.
  7. Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • MCT CIBN certification is mandatory.
  • 6+ years of experience in business development, banking operations, and sales, preferably in microfinance or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of agent banking, merchant acquiring, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing digital banking solutions is an advantage.
