Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic partnerships, and overseeing daily banking operations. If you have a proven track record in business development, banking operations, and sales, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.
- Drive expansion of agent banking and digital financial solutions.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with businesses, fintech firms, and local communities.
- Oversee merchant acquiring, SME banking, and financial product sales.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring optimal team performance.
- Improve processes for loan disbursement, account opening, and customer service delivery.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and service quality.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- MCT CIBN certification is mandatory.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, banking operations, and sales, preferably in microfinance or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of agent banking, merchant acquiring, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing digital banking solutions is an advantage.
