
Head of Franchise Expansion

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our franchise expansion efforts as the Chief Growth Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic franchise development, partnership cultivation, and revenue optimization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new and existing leads, providing advisory support to prospective investors, serving as the account officer for designated franchise brands, and collaborating with internal teams and franchise partners to drive innovation in franchise/distributorship investment promotions and operations.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop compelling investment pitches. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 15 years of relevant experience in business development.
