We're looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us drive digital marketing initiatives, optimize customer engagement, and manage promotional campaigns for digital products like courses and webinars. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, and marketing automation, as well as strong expertise in launching and promoting online courses, webinars, and digital products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies for digital products, optimizing marketing automation processes, implementing SEO and paid advertising strategies, analyzing campaign performance metrics, planning and executing marketing strategies for course launches and other digital products, developing customer acquisition and retention strategies, collaborating with relevant teams, and managing thought leadership initiatives. They will also be responsible for conducting competitive analysis and gap assessments, utilizing data analytics to understand customer behavior, and integrating customer and cultural insights into marketing strategies.
This role requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, as well as a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
