Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker to join our team and contribute to our success.
Main Duties
- Sell and lease properties in company's portfolio.
- Manage client relationships and report on performance.
- Secure new property sales and lease briefs for the business.
- Manage existing clients to ensure retention and referrals.
- Manage leases on behalf of clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years' experience in real estate sales.
- Chartered membership of relevant professional bodies (NIEVS, ESVRABON).
