Job Brief

At Temprecy Ventures, we are seeking a skilled Strategic Relationship Manager to drive business growth by building and preserving trusting relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to identify opportunities for greater profits, understand customer needs, and develop plans to address them.

We require the successful candidate to have a strong network of clients in Lagos, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building positive relationships with customers and clients.
  • Assisting with generating new business.
  • Identifying opportunities for greater profits.
  • Understanding customer needs and developing plans to address them.
  • Identifying key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively.

Required Qualities/Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in a Microfinance bank.
  • Must understand customer relationship management (CRM) with a good network of clients in Lagos.
  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
  • Ability to work well with others and lead a team.
  • Must graduate from any higher institution in Nigeria with a minimum of second-class lower or upper credit.
