  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns that yield high-quality leads.">
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to grasp client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.">
  • Client Delight: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client preferences, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.">
  • Performance Tracking: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular performance reports to management.">

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.">
  • Professional Background: 2-3yrs experience preferably in B2B Sales.">
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to rapidly build rapport and establish trust with clients.">
  • Results Orientation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.">
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges is highly beneficial.">
  • Skillset: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.">
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales enablement platforms.">
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.">
