The Regional Sales Promoter role at Paddy Paddy Wellness plays a vital part in increasing brand visibility and sales outside retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution: Actively promote and sell Paddy Paddy Wellness products to customers at offsite locations (e.g., markets, events, etc.) to expand our market presence.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's product line to effectively communicate benefits and address customer inquiries.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with customers, providing them with personalized assistance and ensuring a positive experience with our products.
  • Market Development: Identify new potential customers and strategic locations where products can be sold.
  • Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the team, including customer preferences and sales challenges.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained, reporting any issues promptly to the sales manager.

This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The estimated annual salary for this role is $$45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and performance.
