Job Description
As the Business Development Manager (Fixed Deposit Mobilization), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth objectives by sourcing funds, managing investment portfolios, and fostering exceptional client relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute market strategies to convert prospects and contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition and Needs Assessment
Identify and profile individuals and companies that fit our target market through meticulous research and data analysis.
Facilitate meetings with potential clients to present tailored financial solutions and services.
Develop and coordinate team-level market strategies to drive deposit mobilization initiatives.

2. Conversion and Account Management
Facilitate the conversion of prospects through follow-ups with individuals, groups, clusters, and companies to achieve set conversion targets.
Upsell pre-qualified retail clients to additional services, capitalizing on their existing relationship with the company.
3. Client Relationship Management
Actively manage client relationships through portfolio monitoring, reporting, and ongoing engagement to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Obtain referrals from satisfied clients in line with team targets, promoting word-of-mouth marketing and new business opportunities.

4. Reporting and Compliance
Generate accurate weekly and monthly reports on prospect conversion progress to inform strategic decision-making.
Achieve a zero record of unresolved customer complaints and collaborate with the CRM and other teams to promptly resolve any issues that may arise.

5. Event Support and Sales Opportunities
Support company events and create opportunities for sales growth by providing expert insights and showcasing our financial products and services.

Key Performance Metrics
Mobilize N150 million in investments monthly.
Achieve the conversion of a minimum of 12 accounts monthly.
Maintain a zero record of unresolved customer complaints.
Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports promptly.

Requirements
BSc in Marketing or any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution.
Able to bring in N150M Investment mobilization monthly, and minimum of 12 accounts conversion.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
