Naimexi Limited is a diversified Nigerian company with interests across multiple business sectors. We are currently exploring the POS (Point-of-Sale) and agent banking sector as part of our growth strategy in digital financial services.

We are hiring a Project Lead to coordinate a limited-scale pilot project in Ibadan. The role involves hands-on field execution, data collection, and business evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor research on the POS ecosystem in Ibadan.
  • Identify and onboard reliable aggregators or super-agents (e.g., Moniepoint, OPay, PalmPay, Baxi).
  • Plan and manage a limited POS pilot (2–5 terminals) — including recruitment of field agents and float control.
  • Track daily transaction performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Analyze profitability, operational risks, and customer experience.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fintech, agency banking, or retail operations.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, cash management, and CBN agent banking regulations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills (Excel proficiency required).
  • Must be based in or willing to work from Ibadan, Oyo State.
