Head of Sales

We are seeking a Head of Sales with a proven track record in cross-border payments and the ability to drive $10M–$50M in monthly sales volume. The ideal candidate combines sharp strategic thinking with hands-on execution and team leadership skills.
You will lead the charge in building Vaulta's sales operations — from developing scalable growth strategies to hiring and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to achieve $10M–$50M in monthly transaction volume.
• Hire, train, and lead a results-driven sales team across enterprise, SME, and partnership channels.
• Identify and close strategic deals with large corporate clients, payment processors, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to refine Vaulta's market positioning and product adoption.
• Build and manage pipelines with clear performance metrics and reporting structures.
• Represent Vaulta in key client meetings, negotiations, and high-level partnerships.

Qualifications
• 3–10 years of progressive experience in sales or business development roles.
• Must have worked in a cross-border payments, fintech, or remittance company.
• Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding $10M+ in monthly revenue or transaction volumes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills — capable of building teams from scratch.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales, payment ecosystems, and African or global markets.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and presentation abilities.
