Role Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at Wagyr, you will lead and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within your assigned region. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with partners and clients, and manage the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to align goals, analyzing market trends, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time, remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the company's global expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and relationship-building
  • Strong skills in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Experience with digital platforms, technical integration, or software-as-a-service platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with gaming or esports industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of blockchain technology is desirable
