space is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and execution-driven
Head of Sales
to lead their commercial growth. In this role, you'll shape the revenue engine of a fast-growing healthtech company, driving adoption, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing sales, marketing, and PR teams. Your Responsibilities...
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

  • You will set and execute a clear sales strategy aligned with the company's growth vision.
  • You will lead, coach, and motivate a distributed sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • You will manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure.

Go-To-Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • You will oversee marketing and PR activities to ensure consistent and compelling market messaging.
  • You will partner with Product and Customer Success teams to integrate market insights into the GTM strategy.
  • You will develop and track KPIs across the Sales, Marketing, and PR functions.

Market Expansion & Partnerships

  • You will expand sales channels across hospitals, clinics, insurers, and government partners.
  • You will drive regional market expansion plans backed by data and measurable revenue outcomes.
  • You will own performance reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence for executive leadership.

  • Achieving consistent revenue growth and meeting adoption targets across key healthcare segments.
  • Expanding customer acquisition and retention through strong sales pipelines and effective GTM execution.

To be considered for this role you should have...

  • At least 5 years' experience in B2B sales leadership â preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
  • Proven success managing distributed sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Experience leading or collaborating closely with Marketing and PR teams.
  • Strong analytical, CRM, and sales operations capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead in a high-growth environment.
