Education/ Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client services, customer support, or related role preferably in real estate industry..
  • Certification in customer relations, customer services, or similar would be advantageous.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services.
  • Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
