- Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client and sales databases, updating information regularly and ensuring data accuracy on Zoho books.
- Handle all sales documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collect, manage, and document client feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
- Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication between clients and realtors, responding to inquiries and providing project updates.
- Communicate project updates with clients and realtors at least once every month, providing timely information on project milestones and developments.
- Handle the purchase process, including documentation and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty through excellent service delivery.
Education/ Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in client services, customer support, or related role preferably in real estate industry..
- Certification in customer relations, customer services, or similar would be advantageous.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in client services, sales, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services.
- Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skills.
