Our client, a fast-growing culinary company which offers top-tier culinary products and catering services, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for their customers. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information with professionalism and enthusiasm. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our culinary products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
  • Capture customer feedback to help improve our products and services, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the customer service team and other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the culinary, food, or hospitality industries.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Passion for food and a desire to learn about culinary products and trends.

Must have skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
