RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to meet and exceed Annual Business Plan Targets.Job ResponsibilitiesIdentifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to meet and exceed Annual Business Plan Targets.Extensive mapping of the region assigned to identify potential clients forInternet Leased Line and other products & services being offered by the organization.Comprehensive mapping of Potential & Existing Accounts and creating a rapport with C-Level ExecutivesUnderstanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accountsCreating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferencesCreating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client informationCold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing processMeeting all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goalsMaintaining a healthy pipeline/funnel of all sales administration using CRM softwareCollaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plansCoordination with Support Teams and ensuring the customers issues is resolved efficiently and effectivelyEnsuring Collections of receivables is achieved as per the set targets
