JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive/corporate sales within the airline and ticketing or travelling agencies is a MUSTIn-depth knowledge of the airline industry, ticketing systems, and distribution channels.Strong networking and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Willingness to travel as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the airline and ticketing sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, travel agencies, tour operators, and other industry partners.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
