Business Development Pharmacist

Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Pharmacist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market dynamics to identify business opportunities and customer demands.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and health care sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create pitches tailored to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising and promotional materials.
- Provide internal teams with up-to-date product knowledge and train internal staff and sales and marketing staff.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in pharmaceutical space
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.
- Strong hospital and demand-generation/hospital promotion experience.
- Strong intellectual, analytical and communication skills.
