RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disengagementDevelop, implement, and manage staff performance and professional development planAdminister HR policies & procedures and periodic updates on the employee handbookAssist staff with HR-related questions & issues and provide periodic communication on benefitsFacilitate L & D plans, projections, budgeting, etc.Manage monthly coordination of KPI activities, harmonization of monthly reporting, and staff TGIF
