Relationship Manager

Department: Consumer and Commercial Banking
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and procedures.
• Book and process new deposit deals within 24 hours.
• Facilitate roll-overs of investments and deliver investment letters promptly upon maturity.
• Open new accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support customers with various transactions including cheque deposits, cash collection, and drafts processing.
• Maintain up-to-date records of accounts, deposits, and FX transactions.
• Prepare daily and periodic marketing activity reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Respond promptly to internal correspondences and customer requests.
• Uphold a professional and positive work attitude, fostering teamwork and integrity.
KPI’s
• Growth in deposit base volume and market share.
• Timely and accurate delivery of investment letters.
• Quality and accuracy of risk assets, credit analysis, and customer documentation.
• Customer satisfaction and resolution of complaints.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or Humanities, or an HND with a master’s degree.
• Experience: 0 – 5 years in a relevant role.
• Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Proficient in marketing, negotiation, and customer service.
o Solid understanding of banking regulations and financial analysis.
o PC literacy and report writing skills.
