Job Responsibilities
• Deliver the right products and solutions that meet prospects' needs, against defined revenue and growth targets for new business through a focused sales strategy.
• Assess each individual customer's needs to identify a whole-of-business solution
• Build new client base for the IT managed services practice - Accountable for revenue growth and exceeding target expectations
• Build sales pipelines and present proposals – work with the Account Managers and pre-sales consultants to price/quote for customer requirements and Accountable for getting customer buy-in
• Consistently monitor sales activity and track results. Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts in weekly and monthly meetings
• Win new business from assigned leads, create your own leads through cold calling, canvassing & networking and winning leads shared by Account Managers
• Build strong customer relationships and be accountable for customer NPS
• Responsible for setting and managing client expectations
• Self-motivated and always on time for work in meetings
• Own your clients and build relationships for renewal/up-selling opportunities
• Within your portfolio of existing customers, you are required to visit your customers and provide product & service-based solutions.
• Ensure efficient provisioning, processing, and completion of data orders, including updates to sales
• Ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times including answering all overflow phone calls in a professional manner
• Maintain strong external relationships with other vendor Data Specialists and Account Executives

Job Qualifications:
• Exceptional Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceeding sales expectations and must have a proven track record of 100% accountability
• Proven IT sales experience in a LARGE size business (Must be B2B face-to-face consultative sales experience)
• Proven track record of a Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Solution Selling of IT infrastructure solutions or related products
• Drive Sales in the following Products: Cloud, IT Managed Services, Network Infrastructure, Cyber Security, SaaS, IaaS, IP Telephony, IP Surveillance, Office 365, Professional IT Services, SIP, Complex Data, Managed Services, Managed network etc.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and solution-selling IT
• Proven experience in creating quotes around IT services – Cloud, AWS, Azure, Server utilization, Server Backup, etc
• Ideal candidate – with proven ICT sales experience or an exceptional candidate with proven ICT experience and with a willingness to learn the other aspects
• Experience working on Salesforce/Zoho CRM
