As the Business Development Manager (SME Loans), you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving financial objectives. With a strong understanding of financial services, you will identify opportunities, develop relationships, and provide customized loan solutions to clients.

Job Description:
  1. Cross-sell and upsell services to pre-qualified customers.
  2. Obtain customer referrals in line with team targets.
  3. Manage customer relationships, including portfolio monitoring, regular reporting, and feedback collection.
  4. Resolve customer complaints in collaboration with credit and other internal teams.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery, monitor portfolio performance, and achieve monthly loan disbursement targets. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role is required, along with a BSc in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
