Revenue Growth Specialist

A highly motivated Senior Sales Executive is required to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Craft and negotiate deals that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience within the financial industry (Fintech Loan sales experience an advantage).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales process and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
