Job Summary

A highly motivated Senior Sales Executive is required to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Craft and negotiate deals that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience within the financial industry (Fintech Loan sales experience an advantage).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales process and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
