Van-Based Retail Sales Executive

The Van-Based Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for managing a van-based retail operation, driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and effectively to customers. Key Responsibilities include managing daily transactions, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Key Performance Indicators:- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely deliveries and proper stock management.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, waste, and stockouts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- At least 5 years of experience in FMCG retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
- A valid, clean driving license.
- Strong understanding of FMCG products, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with customers and team members effectively.
- Strong time management, route planning, and multitasking skills.
