Role Description:

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and retailers.

Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
