• Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities.

• Financial Support: Support financial and administrative functions, including budgeting and reporting.

• Risk Management: Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

**Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, banking, or investment firms.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
