Job Overview

Main Service Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Abuja Branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process transactions with customers using a cash register, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, providing guidance and relevant information to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Collect payments via cash or transfer, issue receipts promptly, and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of cash at the end of each shift, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient in computer skills and have demonstrated speed and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Location and Residency:

Candidates must reside in Abuja, specifically in Central Area, Garki, Wuse, Maitama, or Jabi, or in Lagos, specifically in Balogun Lagos Island, Amuwo Odofin, Festac, Ago Palace Way, or Surulere.
