Job Overview:
BLAKSKILL LIMITED seeks a highly skilled and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Lagos. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting and selling high-quality cashew products across your designated territories.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Ensure product availability in retail outlets, supermarkets, or distributor warehouses.
  • Expand customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, or other clients.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Our ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Key Qualifications & Experience:**
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, 4-6 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive with at least 3 years of solid experience in the FMCG industry, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Beyond the required qualifications, we seek a candidate who is results-driven, proactive, and has a strategic mindset to identify and exploit new sales opportunities.
