R.T. BRISCOE is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join its team and contribute to driving sales and business development for industrial air compressors and accessories.

About the Job

This is a sales-focused role requiring a proven track record in air compressor sales or a related industry, with strong technical expertise to support product knowledge and customer engagement. Key duties and responsibilities include promoting and selling compressors, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and acquiring new customers, and preparing and presenting quotations and proposals to prospective clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell compressors, accessories, modifications, and after-sales solutions to meet business objectives
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for industrial air compressors and accessories
  3. Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients
  4. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales agreements to prospective clients
  5. Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs

To excel in this position, you will need a bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, minimum 2 years' experience in compressor maintenance and repairs, and strong negotiation and business development skills.
