Job Description

As a Regional Sales Director at Ecoflow, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in designated regions to achieve company objectives for energy storage product market expansion and sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in the energy storage industry or relevant fields such as consumer electronics, 3C products, or photovoltaics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual/monthly sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify and maintain channel partners, including agents, distributors, and terminal network development and management
  • C coordinate end-to-end processes such as pre-sales, delivery, installation, commissioning, and after-sales services
  • Conduct regular market research to gather industry trends, customer needs, and competitor insights
  • Adjust sales strategies based on market feedback and propose targeted solutions
  • Maintain relationships with key clients in the region, handle business negotiations and complaints, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Team Recruitment: Recruit sales teams based on business needs
  • Team Management: Track team attendance and sales performance to ensure achievement of assigned targets
  • Training & Enablement: Provide training to both internal teams and clients
