Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive market growth by identifying, developing, and closing business relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven individual who can build strong connections with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide regular business updates and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
