Job Title: Global Franchise Business Developer

Estimated Salary: ₦15,000,000 - ₦20,000,000 per annum.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Global Franchise Business Developer to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for expanding our franchise network through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

  • Onboard new franchise owners and ensure franchise expansion and growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new franchisees.
  • Identify and research potential markets and sites for launching new franchise stores.
  • Screen potential franchisees by analyzing their investment requirements, potential, financials, experience, and vision.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement.
  • Offer continuous support to franchisees to ensure the overall success of the business.
  • Negotiate and review lease agreements for new franchise stores.
  • Look for suitable locations to set up new franchise stores.
  • Develop the brand, identify business opportunities, and execute franchising transactions.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH FRANCHISEES AND STORE MANAGERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Relevant professional qualification or certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in franchising and investment, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great networking and corporate marketing skills.
  • Excellent organizing skills and ability to multitask.
  • Tech-savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to carry out relevant research on digital platforms.
  • Excellent customer service knowledge.
