- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the media industry.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze business development performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the media industry.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
