**Sales and Account Management Role at HEIRS LIFE ASSURANCE LIMITED**
As a pivotal member of our sales team at HEIRS LIFE ASSURANCE LIMITED, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities. This role demands exceptional sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Key responsibilities include generating new sales leads, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs, and staying abreast of industry trends to inform sales strategies.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, networking, and social media to proactively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products or services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, and report to the Sales Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
### Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance sector, is highly preferred.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer Service Orientation: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Sales Techniques: Proficiency in using various sales techniques and strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
