Job Description

Guava Holdings is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and lead our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will develop and implement innovative strategies to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and oversee marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet company revenue targets.
* Lead, manage, and mentor the sales and marketing teams for optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals.
* Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the company's market share.
* Foster strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Oversee marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital strategies.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing ROI, and departmental KPIs.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
* Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar leadership role within the real estate space.
* Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
* Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
* Creativity and a proactive attitude toward solving problems and seizing opportunities.
