">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the end-to-end sales process.
">Main Responsibilities
">• Identify potential clients through ongoing market research and lead generation.
">• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.
">• Work closely with the sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals that meet client needs.
">• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
">• Monitor project progress and ensure contracts are executed as agreed upon.
">• Gather valuable insights from customer and competitor data to inform business decisions.
">• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
">• Create and implement processes and policies to support business growth.
">• Track and report on proposal status and identify qualified prospects for the sales pipeline.
