Job Summary:
A dynamic Business Development Manager is sought to join BLAKSKILL LIMITED. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with excellent sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for fund mobilization, sales of company financial products and services, sourcing funds and accounts opening for both corporates and individuals, managing investments portfolios and accounts, relationship management, compiling and profiling names of individuals/companies that fit the target market description, facilitating meetings for presenting our services offerings, achieving set cluster meeting targets, coordinating at the team level the development and execution of all market strategies, facilitating conversion of prospects including follow up of individuals, group/clusters, companies and achieving set conversion targets, upselling of pre-qualified retail clients to other services, actively managing client relationship - portfolio monitoring, reporting, feedback and overall client engagement, obtaining referrals from clients in line with the targets set for the team, generating weekly/monthly reports on progress of conversion of prospects, achieving nil record of client complaint and working with the CRM and other teams to provide speedy resolution should any complaint arise, providing support towards all Company's related events and actively creating opportunities for the sales, and other responsibilities may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:
BSc./HND in any relevant discipline, minimum of 5-7 years of experience as BDM in an asset management company, skilled in sales, marketing and negotiation, good communication skills.
