Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, promoting and selling products or services, maintaining accurate records, providing detailed information, addressing customer inquiries, analyzing market trends, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct research and analyze customer data to understand purchasing behaviors and preferences.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell products or services through proactive engagement and relationship-building activities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Product Information: Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in service-based B2B environments.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM software is required.
