Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SME Marketing Executive to join our team in driving business growth through strategic relationship building and risk asset creation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by opening new active customer accounts and activating inactive ones. Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality risk assets that drive business expansion while ensuring timely loan repayment and maintaining a Portfolio At Risk within internal guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create quality risk assets to stimulate business growth and revenue generation.
  • Ensure prompt loan repayment and manage the Portfolio At Risk (PAR) to maintain optimal levels.
  • Mobilize low-cost deposits to contribute to revenue and profitability.
  • Protect and safeguard branch fixed assets.
  • Support customer advocacy and migration to digital channels, enhancing overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of banking experience with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and initiative skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and customer-centric abilities.
  • Strong marketing and relationship-building skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strategic orientation and decision-making ability, with the capacity to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, allowing for informed business decisions.
Competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of bank products, policies, and regulations.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
