Overview:

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, creating high-quality risk assets, ensuring timely loan repayments, and contributing to revenue and profitability. Additionally, they will protect branch fixed assets, support customer advocacy, and migrate customers to the digital platform.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Create and manage high-quality risk assets.
  • Monitor and maintain a Portfolio At Risk (PAR) within internal guidelines.
  • Mobilize low-cost deposits to contribute to revenue and profitability.
  • Protect and safeguard branch fixed assets.
  • Support and advocate for customers in migrating to the digital platform.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in banking.
  • Strong analytical and initiative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
  • Strong marketing and customer relationship skills.
  • Strategic orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
