SME Marketing Business Development Manager

- Create high-quality risk assets.
- Ensure timely loan repayments and maintain a Portfolio At Risk (PAR) within internal guidelines.
- Contribute to revenue and profitability through low-cost deposit mobilization.
- Protect branch fixed assets.
- Support customer advocacy and digital platform migration.
**Requirements:**
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
- 1-3 years of banking experience is required.
- Strong analytical and initiative skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills are necessary.
- Strong marketing and customer relationship skills are required.
