  • Ensure timely loan repayments and maintain a Portfolio At Risk (PAR) within internal guidelines.
  • Contribute to revenue and profitability through low-cost deposit mobilization.
  • Protect branch fixed assets.
  • Support customer advocacy and digital platform migration.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-3 years of banking experience is required.
  • Strong analytical and initiative skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-centric skills are necessary.
  • Strong marketing and customer relationship skills are required.
  • Strategic thinking is crucial.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team is essential.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics is required.

 

**Competencies:**

  • Familiarity with bank products, policies, and regulations.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
