Job Summary:

We are seeking a fluent speaker of Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo to fill a Sales Account Representative position. The successful candidate will onboard new retailers, provide inventory financing services, and manage their accounts to help them grow their businesses. The ideal candidate should have a quick and innovative personality, understand selling lending products, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Onboard new retailers and provide inventory financing services
- Manage and grow existing retailer accounts
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Fluently speak Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo
- Understand selling lending products and have a quick and innovative personality

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in lending and fintech
- Fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative and results-driven personality
- Great relationship with the informal markets
