Role Summary
The Territory Sales Manager for Nigeria will oversee strategic accounts, drive sales strategies, expand the client base, and ensure CC Staffing remains the preferred choice in mobile engagement solutions. Reporting directly to the CCO, you will shape commercial endeavors and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a robust plan to hit sales objectives and broaden the clientele base.
- Critical Client Relationships: Foster and nurture relationships with crucial clients, ensuring top-tier customer service.
- Team Collaboration: Seamlessly collaborate with in-house teams to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Business Forecasts: Provide regular forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and present accurate forecasts, anticipating market demands and trends.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay ahead by monitoring telecom and gaming industry trends and competitors.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards, ensuring all products and services meet quality and regulatory benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, or related fields.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in sales, with a background in telecommunications. Prior experience in strategic sales and territory management is desirable.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Industry Knowledge: An in-depth understanding of the Nigerian market and mobile telecom sector.
- Skills: Stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, adeptness at sales, business development, and forging powerful partnerships.
Estimated Salary: ₦35,000,000 - ₦45,000,000 per annum based on location and qualifications.
