We are looking for a skilled Client Success and Relationship Manager to join our team at PST. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, providing them with expert advice and support to ensure their success with our customs data and software solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and provide tailored recommendations on how our customs data and software solutions can address their needs.
- Document, monitor, and analyze client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, upselling, and cross-selling additional solutions or services.
About You: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and foster long-term relationships with clients. A proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and value is also required.
